Terms & Conditions

Attendees of the Toronto Motorcycle Film Festival events, should familiarize themselves with the following Terms and Conditions regarding the use of tickets, passes, attendance and participation in the Festival.

  1. Age Restrictions: Some of the events may have age restrictions. If so, we will point this out specifically in the event description. Entrance to official Toronto Motorcycle social events is restricted to adults age 19+ as per government regulations. Entrances to social events is subject to venue capacity regulations.

  2. Pricing: Prices are subject to revision, applicable taxes and processing fees.

  3. Ticket Sales and Availability: Advanced ticket and pass sales are provided by Eventbrite and are in limited supply, and subject to availability. Depending on the number of seats available, some tickets may be sold at the venue approximately 30 minutes before each screening. RSVP’ing on Facebook or otherwise for a film screening or Festival event does not ensure a seat or ticket is reserved. You must have an actual valid physical ticket or pass in order to enter screenings and events.

  4. All Sales are Final: No cancellation, refunds or exchanges. Tickets are good only for the screening for which they are issued. Tickets and Passes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are non-transferable or re-sellable.

  5. Seating at Screenings: You must present a valid ticket or pass to gain admittance to a screening. Please arrive at your screening venue a minimum of 30 minutes prior to each screening to ensure seating. Standing at the back of the theatre or sitting in the aisle is not allowed. Following each screening, we ask that you leave the the cinema and lobby so that we can prepare for the next screening.

  6. Latecomers: Latecomers with valid tickets or passes will be seated only at the discretion of theatre staff, if seats are available. There will be no admittance 15 minutes after the start of a program.

  7. Screening Times: The film start time and length listed on the Festival web site and programme guide represents the best available information at press time and is for your convenience only. Length of film does not include film introductions or Q&A sessions following the screening. Screenings and schedules are subject to change without notice.

  8. Weather: The Toronto Motorcycle Film Festival is committed to honouring its show schedule. All performances will proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays.

  9. Use of Recording Devices: Use of any devices capable of video, photo or audio recording is strictly prohibited during the screenings. 

  10. Photography and Videography of Attendees: By using a ticket or pass to attend a Festival event, you agrees to being photographed, filmed or recorded in the event venue and to the publication, reproduction and other use of all photographs, video or other recordings of your voice or likeness without further notice or compensation in any publicity or advertisement carried out by, or on behalf of, the Toronto Motorcycle Film Festival in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.

  11. Waiver:  By reading this and/or using a Toronto Motorcycle Film Festival ticket or pass, you waive and release Gearbox Experiential from all claims you may have against Gearbox Experiential for any loss, damage, injury, liability or expense you may suffer, arising from your presence at the event venue due to any reason. Please be mindful that many of the Toronto Motorcycle Film Festival events events take place in public establishments, as such, please protect your personal items, accordingly. In no event will Gearbox Experiential be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits or funds arising from use of our services and/or the attendance of our events. whatsoever, including those arising from personal injury, property loss/damage or death.

  12. Revisions: All terms and conditions, films and schedule, are subject to revision, change or cancellation without notice or refund.
