Shipping Policies
Merchandise purchased from the TMFF Shop are processed in Canadian Dollars and will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. Shipping timelines are provided to us as estimates by the shipping companies we use.
We ship worldwide, except to a small handful of countries, using Canada Post. For shipments within Canada and the continental USA, we provide you with a shipment tracking number. For international destinations, we present you with options for shipment at checkout.
Shipments to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to customs charges, duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Note that a possibility exists that your order could be detailed in customs.
Refunds and Exchange
All online orders are final sale. There is no cancellation, refunds or exchanges for event tickets. Tickets are good only for the screening for which they are issued. Tickets and Passes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are non-transferable or re-sellable.
For merchandise purchased through the TMFF Shop, we offer an exchange-only policy for all undamaged and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. We are unable to provide exchanges for customers outside of Canada or the continental USA. In the case of an exchange of an online order, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges from and to the customer's location. Please contact info@motorcyclefilmfest.com prior to sending back any products.
TMFF reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items that not been authorized to be sent back, that show signs of user or that do not meet the criteria as outlined on this page.
Implied Consent
When you make a reservation, purchase tickets, or products from us, you are providing your consent to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices, you can notify us at info@motorcyclefilmfest.com or by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of our email newsletters. Ticket Sales and Availability
Advanced Ticket and Pass sales are in limited supply, and subject to availability. Depending on the number of seats available, some tickets may be sold at the venue approximately 30 minutes before each screening. RSVP’ing on Facebook or otherwise for a film screening or Festival event does not ensure a seat or ticket is reserved. You must have an actual valid physical ticket or pass in order to enter screenings and events.
Events and Screenings
You must present a valid ticket or pass to gain admittance to an event or screening. Please arrive at your venue a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start of the screening to ensure seating. Standing at the back of the theatre or sitting in the aisle is not allowed. Following each screening, we ask that you leave the the cinema and lobby so that we can prepare for the next screening. Latecomers with valid tickets or passes will be seated only at the discretion of theatre staff, if seats are available. There will be no admittance 15 minutes after the start of a program.
The film start time and length listed on the Festival web site and programme guide represents the best available information at press time and is for your convenience only. Length of film does not include film introductions or Q&A sessions following the screening. Screenings and schedules are subject to change without notice.
TMFF is committed to honouring its show schedule. All indoor performances will proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays. Outdoor performances may be cancelled if they are deemed to be too hazardous to continue.
Use of Recording Devices
Use of any devices capable of video, photo or audio recording is strictly prohibited during the screenings.
Photography and Videography of Attendees
By attending a TMFF event, you agree to being photographed, filmed or recorded in the event venue and to the publication, reproduction and other use of all photographs, video or other recordings of your voice or likeness without further notice or compensation in any publicity or advertisement carried out by, or on behalf of, TMFF in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.
Waiver
By reading this and/or using a TMFF Ticket or Pass, you waive and release Gearbox Experiential from all claims you may have against Gearbox Experiential for any loss, damage, injury, liability or expense you may suffer, arising from your presence at the event venue due to any reason. Please be mindful that many of the TMFF events events take place in public establishments, as such, please protect your personal items, accordingly. In no event will Gearbox Experiential be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits or funds arising from use of our services and/or the attendance of our events. whatsoever, including those arising from personal injury, property loss/damage or death.

All terms and conditions, products and services, are subject to revision, change or cancellation without notice or refund.
