Tickets can be purchased purchased online from our website. Once you click on the ticket of your choice, you will be taken to our Eventbrite page where you can complete your purchase. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and processing fees.
Can I purchase tickets at the theatre?
Tickets can be purchased at the theatre box-office 30 minutes before showtime, although availability may be limited. See info on rush seats below. VIP All-Access Passes will not be available at the theatre box-office. We recommend that you purchase your tickets in online and in advance.
Will rush seats be available?
If tickets for a screening are sold out, a “rush” lineup will be set up at the theatre for anyone looking for last-minute tickets. If there is seating available, rush tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to those in the rush line approximately 10 minutes before the start of the screening. People in the rush line are limited to holding space for themselves and one other person.
Will tickets be mailed to me?
You will have the option to print your tickets at home or download it to your mobile device.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final; no cancellation, refunds or exchanges. Tickets are good only for the screening for which they are issued. Tickets and Passes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are non-transferable or re-sellable.
Is seating reserved?
Tickets are general admission. We recommend showing up 30 minutes prior to your screening. This will give you enough time to check-in, find a seat and purchase any concessions, where there is often a queue.
